Our session options are diverse and flexible to meet your needs. From invigorating beach workouts, to personal training + childcare, to more traditional sessions using the facilities at Elements of Byron- you're sure to find the perfect workout fit for your lifestyle. All outdoor fitness sessions are held along Byron Bay's coastline, but we are also more than happy to come to you. Sessions at Elements of Byron are 45 minutes in duration and designed for you to get the most value and benefit out of your workout. Each session will consist of a full body warm up, cardiovascular and resistance based exercises in varied sequences to get the heart rate up & body moving. To finish, a cool down & thorough stretch of all the muscle groups used. No doubt you’ll feel revitalised and alive for the rest of the day through!

$20pp Casual Class

All outdoor fitness sessions are held along Byron Bay's coastline, bringing you a workout that challenges your body, in an atmosphere that fuels your spirit. $20 per person based on a minimum of 10 attendees and up to max 30 people per session.
 Outdoor Group Circuit and HIIT are held every Friday morning at 6:30am. *Locations vary so please be sure to send us an enquiry and we'll add you to the team for more info.
