Our session options are diverse and flexible to meet your needs. From invigorating beach workouts, to 1:1 Personal Training within our Personal Training Studio ‘Peachy HQ,’ to Outdoor grouped Bootcamp sessions held along Byron Bay's coastline - You are sure to find the perfect workout fit for your lifestyle & goals.
All sessions are 60 minutes in duration and designed for you to get the most value and benefit out of your workout. Each workout consists of a full body warm up, strength & conditioning based exercises targeted at your goals & specifically for you. Finishing with a meditative mobility and stretch that will leave you feeling revitalised, energisted and alive for the rest of the day through!

$330 SIGN-UP fee. *Only $55 per week for 2 x sessions per week.
